Ravindrakumar Toshniwal Becomes Vice-Chairman, Shaleen Named MD Of Banswara Syntex

Banswara Syntex Ltd., has announced key leadership changes effective August 7, 2025. Ravindrakumar Toshniwal, who has served as Managing Director will assume the role of Vice-Chairman. Concurrently, Shaleen Toshniwal will transition from the position of Joint Managing Director to Managing Director of the company.

Ravindrakumar Toshniwal, a seasoned industry leader with over 37 years of experience in the textile sector, will continue to serve on the Board and remain involved in strategic decision-making. A B.Tech (Chemical) graduate from IIT Mumbai and an alumnus of Harvard’s OPM course, he has led the company’s growth over decades and will now serve as Vice-Chairman while remaining liable to retire by rotation.

Shaleen Toshniwal, who holds a degree in Business Management from Bentley College, USA, brings over 21 years of experience in the textile industry. He currently oversees the company’s Readymade Garment business, Thermal Power Plant operations, and HR strategy. With his appointment as Managing Director, he will not be subject to retirement by rotation.
