Marks & Spencer Announces Board Change As Ronan Dunne Steps Down

Marks and Spencer Group plc (M&S) has announced that Ronan Dunne will step down from its Board effective 1 December.
M&S Chairman Archie Norman praised Dunne’s contribution, noting his professionalism, energy and expertise in people and technology transformation. “Ronan has been a great colleague. He has always had a passion for early-stage businesses, and he leaves with our best wishes. He will always remain part of the M&S family,” Norman said.
Dunne said it had been a privilege to support the company’s Reshaping for Growth strategy. “As the strategy enters its next phase, it’s the right moment for me to step back. I look forward to spending more time helping early-stage growth companies while continuing to cheer on the M&S team from the sidelines,” he noted.
