DKTE Signs Strategic MoU With Trident India

DKTE’s Textile & Engineering Institute, Ichalkaranji, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Trident Group, one of India’s leading textile and home essentials manufacturers. The agreement was formalized during a ceremonial event attended by senior representatives from both institutions.

The partnership will provide DKTE students and faculty with access to advanced training programs, industrial exposure, expert-led workshops, internships and collaborative research opportunities. It will also encourage innovation through joint projects, new product development and prototype creation using DKTE’s research and innovation facilities.

Speaking at the event, Prof. Dr. Mrs. L. S. Admuthe, Director of DKTE, noted that the collaboration will significantly enrich the institute’s academic ecosystem, helping nurture industry-ready professionals. Prof. Dr. U. J. Patil, Head of the Department, added that working closely with an industry leader like Trident will enhance knowledge exchange, align learning with industry trends and inspire innovative research and product development.
