LNJ Bhilwara Appoints Salil Bawa As President – Corporate Development & IR
LNJ Bhilwara Group has announced the appointment of Salil Bawa as President – Corporate Development & Investor Relations, strengthening the group’s leadership as it advances its growth and capital market strategy.
Bawa brings over 25 years of experience in investor relations, corporate strategy, capital markets and corporate planning across global markets. His career spans high-value capital raising, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and the development of long-term partnerships with private equity firms and global institutional investors.
He has previously led investor relations functions at leading organisations including Edelweiss Financial Services, Manappuram Finance, IndoStar Capital Finance, DHFL, SKNL and the Wadia Group, and has also worked with prominent corporates across the IT, telecom and retail sectors. Prior to joining LNJ Bhilwara Group, he served as Group Head – Investor Relations at Welspun Group.
Bawa holds a degree from the University of Delhi, a PGDM from IMI Delhi and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
