Page Industries Posts 5.6% Revenue Growth In Q3

Page Industries Limited, one of India’s leading apparel manufacturers, has announced its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, reporting steady revenue growth and continued margin strength despite a decline in quarterly profit after tax due to one-time provisions.

During the third quarter of FY26, the company recorded revenue of Rs 13,868 million, reflecting a 5.6 percent year-on-year increase. Sales volume for the quarter grew 1.4 percent year-on-year to 58.6 million pieces. EBITDA stood at Rs 3,181 million, registering a 5.2 percent year-on-year growth, while profit after tax was Rs 1,895 million, declining 7.4 percent year-on-year due to exceptional provisions related to the notification of the new Labour Codes.

For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the company reported revenue of Rs 39,942 million, up 4.1 percent year-on-year. EBITDA reached Rs 8,923 million, marking a 7.9 percent increase, while profit after tax stood at Rs 5,851 million, reflecting 3.5 percent year-on-year growth.

Commenting on the performance, V. S. Ganesh, Managing Director, Page Industries Limited, said, “I am pleased to share that we sustained strong operating margins while delivering improved revenue growth during the quarter. Profit after tax for the quarter reflects a decline due to one-time, exceptional provisions arising from the notification of the new Labour Codes. The encouraging consumer response to our innovative product launches, combined with our sharp focus on operating efficiencies and continued investments in digital and brand-building initiatives, positions us well to accelerate growth and further strengthen our leadership position in the periods ahead.”

Looking ahead, the company noted that consumer preferences are increasingly shifting toward superior retail experiences and greater accessibility, which is expected to drive the continued expansion of modern retail formats such as e-commerce and exclusive branded stores. Page Industries stated that it will maintain its focus on strengthening and diversifying its product portfolio, while expanding and optimizing its distribution network across digital, exclusive and traditional retail channels to support future growth.
