S.P. Apparels Reports Higher Revenue And Profit In Q3 FY26

S.P. Apparels Limited reported growth in revenue and profitability for the third quarter of FY26, driven by improved operational performance across its garment and retail segments.

On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 stood at Rs 382.9 crore, compared with Rs 359.3 crore in the same quarter last year, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 6.6 per cent. EBITDA rose to Rs 56.6 crore from Rs 50.9 crore, registering an increase of 11.2 per cent, while profit after tax (PAT) grew 9.1 per cent to Rs 27.0 crore from Rs 24.8 crore a year earlier. Earnings per share for the quarter improved to Rs 10.8 from Rs 9.9 in Q3 FY25.

On a standalone basis, adjusted total revenue for the quarter increased to Rs 258.8 crore from Rs 233.4 crore in Q3 FY25, marking a growth of 10.9 per cent. Adjusted EBITDA rose to Rs 40.4 crore from Rs 38.8 crore, while PAT increased to Rs 19.3 crore compared with Rs 18.0 crore in the corresponding period last year. Earnings per share stood at Rs 7.7, up from Rs 7.2.

In terms of segment performance, the garment division, including Young Brand Apparel, reported adjusted operational revenue of Rs 343.6 crore and EBITDA of Rs 58.3 crore, with margins of about 17 per cent during the quarter. S.P. Retail Ventures Limited recorded revenue of Rs 17.2 crore with EBITDA of Rs 0.8 crore, while S.P. Apparels UK reported revenue of Rs 19.2 crore and EBITDA of Rs 0.8 crore.

Export volumes during the quarter reached 18.2 million pieces for S.P. Apparels and 6.2 million pieces for Young Brand Apparel, reflecting steady shipment levels amid evolving global demand conditions.

The company continues to focus on strengthening operational efficiency and maintaining growth momentum across its domestic and international businesses.
