Vardhman Adds New Processing Capacity At Budhni

Vardhman Textiles has commenced commercial production at its new processing line at the Budhni facility of Vardhman Fabrics. The new line became operational on March 7, 2026.

The expansion is part of the company’s previously announced capital expenditure plan to increase processed fabric capacity at the Budhni unit by approximately 31 million metres per annum.

With the addition of this processing line, Vardhman aims to strengthen its fabric processing capabilities and support growing demand from domestic and international markets.

Vardhman Textiles is among India’s largest vertically integrated textile manufacturers, with operations spanning fibre, yarn, and fabric production.
