Welspun Living Begins Production At US Facility, Strengthens Global Footprint

Welspun Living has advanced its global expansion strategy with the commencement of production at its newly developed manufacturing facility in the United States, focused on home textile products.
The company announced that its subsidiary, Welspun USA Inc., has partially begun commercial operations at its pillow manufacturing unit in Nevada, with production starting on March 31, 2026. The development marks the initial operational phase of the new facility.
The Nevada unit is part of a previously approved capital expenditure plan of US$13 million, aimed at building local manufacturing capabilities and enhancing supply chain efficiency in the US market.
Focused on pillow manufacturing, the facility enables Welspun Living to strengthen its position in the home textiles segment while expanding its product portfolio. The move aligns with evolving consumer demand in the US and supports the company’s strategy of offering diversified and locally produced solutions.
By establishing manufacturing operations closer to key markets, Welspun Living aims to improve responsiveness, reduce lead times and optimise logistics. The phased rollout of production indicates a calibrated ramp-up in capacity as the facility scales operations.
The partial commencement of production at the Nevada unit represents a strategic milestone for the company, reinforcing its presence in the global home textiles industry and supporting its long-term growth ambitions.
