TrusTrace’s One Retail Hub Gains Early Traction, Cuts Compliance Time by 70%
TrusTrace has reported strong early adoption of One Retail Hub, its free digital platform designed to streamline supply chain compliance across the fashion industry. Within seven weeks of launch, brands using the platform have achieved average time savings of 70% in compliance reporting, addressing long-standing inefficiencies caused by fragmented, retailer-specific data requests.
As regulatory pressures intensify driven by frameworks such as HREDD, CSRD and EUDR, brands are required to demonstrate supply chain accountability across multiple retail partners. One Retail Hub responds to this challenge by offering shared digital infrastructure that enables brands to complete a single, unified assessment and instantly share it with participating retailers.
Developed in collaboration with leading retailers including Zalando, Boozt, ASOS and ABOUT YOU, the platform is free to access for brands of all sizes. It is built around the Retailer Brand Due Diligence Questionnaire, a standardised HREDD self-assessment framework aligned with OECD guidance and supported by organisations such as Cascale and Fair Wear.
“One Retail Hub is exactly what the industry needs. The interface is intuitive, and the AI’s ability to draw directly from existing compliance documentation creates a single source of truth,” said Fanny Ekholm, CSR Manager at Didriksons.
The platform integrates four core capabilities: a unified assessment framework, AI-assisted completion, instant multi-retailer sharing and real-time gap analysis with improvement guidance. These features reduce reporting timelines from several weeks per retailer to just a few days.
Industry stakeholders view the platform as a significant step toward standardisation. “Alignment is the way forward to streamline human rights and environmental due diligence,” said Charlotte Risskov Kræfting of ECCO.
