Picanol To Showcase Advanced Weaving Technologies At ITM 2026

Picanol will participate in ITM 2026 in Istanbul, presenting its latest weaving innovations at Hall 8, Booth 802, for the global textile industry audience.

The company will highlight its flagship Ultimax rapier weaving machine, designed for high performance, fabric quality and energy-efficient operation. At the exhibition, two Ultimax machines will be demonstrated, one producing denim fabric and the other weaving voile, showcasing versatility across applications.

A key focus will also be the next-generation OmniPlus-i Connect airjet weaving platform, which features up to 1.5 kW energy savings per machine through its EcoBoost technology. The system demonstrates improved sustainability, reduced operating costs and enhanced productivity, and will be shown weaving poplin fabrics.

Picanol will also present its AI-powered PicConnect digital platform, which integrates machine data such as production rates, energy consumption and operator efficiency into a centralized system. The platform offers customizable dashboards and real-time insights to improve mill performance and decision-making.

The company said its participation at ITM 2026 reflects its focus on digitalisation, sustainability and high-efficiency weaving solutions, supporting textile manufacturers in improving productivity and reducing energy consumption.
