Savio Macchine Tessili To Participate In ITM Istanbul 2026

Savio Macchine Tessili will participate in ITM Istanbul 2026 at the corporate booth of Vandewiele Group, presenting its latest winding and spinning technologies designed to help textile mills improve efficiency, flexibility and yarn quality.

At the exhibition, Savio will highlight three of its flagship solutions Proxima Smartconer, Lybra Smartspinner and the Phoenix Assembly Winder, each focused on automation, connectivity and sustainable production performance.

Proxima Smartconer – Smart Winding Intelligence
Proxima Smartconer is Savio’s advanced winding platform engineered to deliver high productivity, reduced energy consumption and superior yarn quality. The machine is available in multiple configurations, including fully automatic, manual feeding, cone-to-cone, Duo Lot and large bobbin feeding solutions for the carded wool sector.

The platform integrates energy-saving technologies, optimized bobbin flow and AI-powered functionalities supported by Savio Insight, a web-based digital system that enables remote setup, data monitoring and real-time performance analysis.

Phoenix Assembly Winder – Precision and Productivity
Savio will also showcase the Phoenix Assembly Winder, now enhanced with upgraded digital features. Designed for high productivity and consistent package quality, the machine offers yarn take-up speeds of up to 1000 m/min and can process discontinuous fibre yarns ranging from Ne 1 to Ne 140.

Its Savio Multicone digital thread guide helps reduce setup time while optimizing package formation, supporting improved downstream performance in Two-for-One twisting applications.

Lybra Smartspinner – Flexible Air-Jet Spinning
Lybra Smartspinner is Savio’s air-jet spinning solution developed for applications including knitting, home textiles and sunshade fabrics. One of its key innovations is the Multi Blend System, which allows two slivers to be fed directly into the spinning chamber.

This enables real-time blend adjustments, lower preparation costs and the development of unique material and colour blends, including mélange effects. The system combines versatility, operational efficiency and ease of use while supporting high production rates with lower processing costs.

Savio stated that its participation at ITM Istanbul 2026 reflects the company’s continued focus on enabling smarter and more sustainable textile manufacturing through advanced automation and digitalisation technologies.
