Smart Wash Offers Sustainable Textile Care With High-Performance Results
Smart Wash, an innovative washing and bleaching concept, combines sustainability, performance and process stability for industrial textile care. The process integrates BEIPLEX GREEN, BEICLEAN ECO, BEIPUR ANP, BEIBLEACH WP 35 and BEIACID CIT to deliver effective and environmentally responsible washing solutions.
At the core of the process is BEIPLEX GREEN, a readily biodegradable and phosphonate-free complexing agent designed for alkaline peroxide bleaching. It ensures stable bleaching performance, high wash quality and efficient stain removal by effectively binding hardeners, alkaline earth and heavy metal ions.
A key differentiator of Smart Wash is its integrated CMC-based graying inhibitor, which traps dissolved dirt particles in the wash water and prevents them from redepositing on fabrics. This helps maintain fabric whiteness and avoids the grayish haze often seen with conventional bleaching systems.
The process is designed to reduce fibre damage, extend textile lifespan and support resource conservation. BEICLEAN ECO and BEIPUR ANP enhance washing efficiency while maintaining material and colour compatibility, whereas BEIBLEACH WP 35 supports oxidative bleaching. BEIACID CIT, an organic acid, ensures pH neutralization and further improves the ecological profile of the process.
