PVH Appoints Alexis Rollier As Chief Financial Officer

PVH Corp., the parent company of Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, has appointed Alexis Rollier as Chief Financial Officer, effective early September 2026.
Rollier brings more than 30 years of global finance, operations and omnichannel retail experience. He joins PVH from Sephora, part of the LVMH Group, where he has served as Global Chief Operating Officer and Global Chief Financial Officer since 2018.
In his new role, Rollier will lead PVH’s global finance organisation, oversee the company’s financial steering worldwide and join the PVH Executive Leadership Team. He will report to Stefan Larsson, CEO of PVH.
During his 14-year tenure at Sephora, Rollier held several senior leadership positions and played a key role in scaling the beauty retailer globally while improving profitability and operational performance. He previously served as CFO for Europe and the Middle East and CFO and SVP, Operations Americas.
Earlier in his career, Rollier was Global CFO of Guerlain and held senior finance roles at Kingfisher and LVMH. He began his career at Arthur Andersen and holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School.
