Arvind Limited Appoints Vivek Sandhwar As Business Head For TAS & AD Businesses

Arvind Limited has appointed retail industry veteran Vivek Sandhwar as Business Head for The Arvind Store (TAS) and AD businesses, effective July 2026, further strengthening its retail leadership team.
In his new role, Sandhwar will drive growth and retail performance across both businesses while also leading the consumer and marketing functions for Arvind’s fabrics division.
Sandhwar brings over two decades of experience across the fashion, apparel and lifestyle sectors. He joins Arvind Limited from Being Human Clothing, where he served as Chief Operating Officer for nearly four years, overseeing retail, distribution, department stores, ecommerce, marketing and product functions, with complete profit and loss responsibility. During his tenure, he helped expand the brand’s presence to more than 750 points of sale while strengthening its omnichannel capabilities and market positioning.
Prior to Being Human Clothing, Sandhwar spent over three years at Raymond Limited as Chief Product Officer and Director – Marketing & Visual Merchandising. He led product, category and marketing strategies for Parx and Accessories and oversaw marketing, visual merchandising and digital initiatives across brands including ColorPlus, Park Avenue, Parx, Ethnix and Raymond RTW. Earlier, as Brand Director for ColorPlus, he played a key role in repositioning the brand around a sport-lifestyle proposition.
His career also includes leadership roles at Arvind Fashions Limited, where he headed the kidswear portfolio comprising U.S. Polo Assn. Kids, The Children’s Place and Flying Machine Kids. At Indus League Clothing, he managed a Rs 140-crore profit and loss portfolio covering brands such as Converse, Umbro and Champion.
Notably, Sandhwar spent nine years with Arvind Lifestyle Brands Limited, serving in several leadership positions, including Assistant Business Head for U.S. Polo Assn. and Head of Marketing. During this period, he played an instrumental role in building the brand’s association with cricketer Virat Kohli and multiple IPL franchises.
He began his career in design and category management with Levi Strauss & Co. and Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail, becoming the first designer hired for the Levi’s brand in India.
