Alok Industries Completes Sale Of Czech Textile Unit Mileta For Rs 5.6 Crore
Alok Industries has completed the sale of its entire stake in Czech textile manufacturer Mileta a.s. for EUR 558,825, equivalent to approximately Rs 5.6 crore.
In a stock exchange filing dated October 9, 2026, the company said its step-down wholly owned subsidiary, Alok Industries International Limited, had completed the transaction.
The sale follows a share purchase agreement signed on December 16, 2025, between Alok Industries International Limited and CRESCON a.s., a Czech Republic-based company. Under the agreement, the subsidiary agreed to transfer its entire equity stake in Mileta to CRESCON.
The original filing stated that the transaction was subject to customary closing conditions and that Mileta would cease to be a subsidiary of Alok Industries upon completion. The latest disclosure confirms the deal has been closed.
According to the original filing, CRESCON is engaged in residential and resort property development and is not part of Alok Industries’ promoter group or group companies.
