Cambodia Apparel Exports Drop 17.4% Between Jan & Sept
In the period between January and September 2023, apparel exports from Cambodia slid to US $5.92 billion, down 17.4 percent when compared with $7.17 billion in the same period of 2022.
Of this, exports of knitted clothing amounted to $4.14 billion in the review period as against $5.11 billion from January to September 2022, a decline of 18.9 percent.
“Exports of woven garment too were down by 13.6 percent to $1.78 billion first nine months of current year in contrast to $2.06 billion for the same months of the earlier year.
