Borana Weaves Expands With 192 New Water Jet Looms

Borana Weaves Limited has begun commercial operations of 192 state-of-the-art water jet looms at its facility in Hojiwala Industrial Estate, Sachin, Surat, marking a significant milestone in its ongoing expansion plan to install a total of 348 looms.

The new capacity is expected to boost operational efficiency, increase production volumes, and enable the company to meet growing demand in both domestic and export markets.

“This expansion is a strategic step towards strengthening our position in the textile industry. The commissioning of the first 192 looms not only boosts our capacity but also enhances our ability to deliver high-quality fabrics that meet evolving customer needs,” said Rajkumar Borana, Director & CFO of Borana Weaves Limited.
