For the month of July 2023, shipments of textiles were down 1.9 percent, while those of garments dropped higher at 17.37 per cent, when compared with July 2022. Textile exports touched US $1.66 billion in July 2023 as against $1.69 billion last July, while garment exports totaled $1.14 billion
