Prashant India Completes Sale Of Textile Division Land & Building In Palsana
Prashant India Ltd has officially completed the sale of its industrial land and building belonging to its textile division located at Palsana, Gujarat.
The asset was sold to Shantilon Poly Pvt. Ltd., a Surat-based entity. The total transaction value was Rs 10 crore, out of which Rs 1 crore was received on March 31, 2025 and the remaining Rs 9 crore was paid in tranches prior to the registration of the sale deed.
The textile division contributed no turnover in the last financial year and reported a negative net worth of Rs 21.95 crore, making the divestment a strategic move for the company.
