Vietnam’s Textile & Apparel Exports Down 5.04% In October
Vietnam’s textile and apparel exports totaled US $2.566 billion in October 2023, down 5.04 percent year on year and a marginal 0.06 percent month-on-month.
In the first ten months of the current year, Vietnamese textile and garment exports reached $27.67 billion, a year-on-year decline of 12.9 percent.
In October, yarn exports were 162,700 tons, an increase of a massive 39.46 percent over the same month of 2022.
Between January and October 2023, exports of yarn stood at 1.47 million tons, a year on year increase of 12 percent.
