3E Smart Solutions Unveils Textile-Integrated LED Arrays For Red Light Therapy

3E Smart Solutions has introduced a breakthrough in wearable wellness with the launch of textile-integrated LED arrays designed for red light therapy. Unlike conventional solutions that rely on rigid or flexible PCBs, the company’s embroidery-based technology integrates LED modules directly into fabrics, significantly improving flexibility, comfort and user acceptance.
Using a ZSK embroidery machine with a Functional Sequin Device, the LEDs are embedded in textiles in a single automated step, eliminating bulky components and enabling durable, washable and optionally waterproof designs. The technology supports multiple wavelengths—including red, near-infrared, and blue—making it suitable for a wide range of therapeutic applications.
With customizable array geometry and spacing, the innovation can be applied to diverse products such as cuffs, face masks, and full-body mats. This approach not only enhances wearability, but also improves scalability for commercial production.
In addition to the technology, 3E Smart Solutions offers end-to-end support, including concept development, design, prototyping, testing and upscaling to production. The company’s expertise spans electrical, mechanical and textile engineering, as well as embroidery machine operation, enabling clients to transform ideas into market-ready products.
Positioning itself at the forefront of smart textiles, 3E Smart Solutions aims to lead the next wave of wearable wellness by combining comfort, reliability and technological innovation. Co-founder and Development Engineer Steliyan Vasilev emphasized the company’s openness to collaboration, inviting partners to explore potential applications for textile-integrated light therapy.
