Girnar Spintex Industries has received board approval for a comprehensive plan to expand and modernize its existing composite textile facility. The initiative aims to boost production efficiency, integrate advanced technologies, and align operations with future business needs.

The company announced that the expansion and modernization will be carried out in a phased manner. As part of the approval, the management has been authorized to proceed with key steps, including equipment procurement, appointment of consultants and contractors, and necessary capital expenditures.

Girnar Spintex Industries, formerly known as Amit Spinning Industries, operates in India’s spinning mill sector. The company manufactures a range of textile products including fabric, carded, compact, and combed yarns.
