Papergraphics Launches Tissaro Fabrics: Engineered For Dye-Sublimation Fabric Printing

Papergraphics has introduced Tissaro Fabrics, a new range of dye-sublimation textiles developed to deliver superior print performance, vibrant colour reproduction, and enhanced production efficiency. The launch marks a strategic expansion of the company’s textile portfolio, aimed at addressing the growing demand for high-quality fabric printing solutions.

Dye-sublimation is widely recognised as the benchmark for fabric printing, celebrated for its deep colour saturation, sharp detail and durable results. However, industry experts note that many fabrics currently available are designed to support multiple printing technologies, which often leads to compromises in both image quality and production consistency. Papergraphics said this challenge was central to the development of the Tissaro range.

“Unlike UV and Latex inks that sit on the surface of the material, dye-sublimation inks chemically bond with fabric fibres,” the company explained. “This distinction means that not all fabrics are truly suited for dye-sub printing. By creating materials specifically engineered for this process, we eliminate the compromises that slow production and undermine quality.”

The Tissaro range has been designed with versatility in mind, with each fabric engineered for a particular application. Among the flagship offerings is Tissaro Jack, a flag-knit fabric that combines vivid image reproduction with excellent weather resistance, making it suitable for outdoor branding and promotional displays. Tissaro Luxe offers a smooth, soft-touch finish for premium display graphics where presentation matters most. For backlit applications, Tissaro Aura has been formulated to maximise vibrancy and brilliance in lightbox displays, while Tissaro Nero provides complete blockout capability with rich, deep blacks for flawless graphic impact. Completing the portfolio, Tissaro Flex offers one-way stretch properties designed to deliver distortion-free prints in tension frame applications.

By tailoring each fabric to a specific purpose, Papergraphics aims to simplify the decision-making process for print service providers while ensuring predictable, high-quality results. The company highlighted that this “fit-for-purpose” approach eliminates guesswork and helps businesses reduce waste, streamline production and deliver consistently superior graphics to their customers.

“With Tissaro, there are no compromises, just fabrics that perform precisely as they should,” Papergraphics said. “Our goal is to make fabric printing smarter, easier and more reliable for the industry, enabling customers to focus on creativity and growth rather than production challenges.”

With the introduction of Tissaro Fabrics, Papergraphics positions itself as not only a supplier of print solutions but also a developer of advanced materials engineered for modern textile printing needs. The launch reinforces the company’s reputation for innovation and its commitment to supporting customers with products that combine performance, reliability and market relevance.
