Phifer Acquires Indiana Coated Fabrics To Expand Portfolio

Phifer Inc., a leading U.S. manufacturer of precision-engineered textiles and wire products, has acquired all assets of Indiana Coated Fabrics (ICF), headquartered in Warsaw, Indiana. The acquisition strengthens Phifer’s position in the coated and laminated fabrics market while expanding its manufacturing capabilities and product portfolio.
ICF will continue to operate independently under its current name and management, maintaining existing operations and customer relationships to ensure continuity and stability.
“ICF has built a strong reputation for quality and innovation in coated and laminated fabrics. Our teams are working closely to ensure a smooth transition and maintain the positive experience our customers rely on,” said Reese Brooks, CEO of Phifer.
Tim Foster, President of ICF, added, “Phifer is a respected global leader, and we are honoured to become part of their team. We look forward to a bright and successful future together.”
The acquisition combines Phifer’s global infrastructure and manufacturing excellence with ICF’s technical focus and product customization capabilities. Both companies remain committed to US-based manufacturing, innovation and customer service, positioning them to accelerate product development, expand market reach and enhance service capabilities.
