Brückner To Showcase Energy-Efficient Innovations At ITMA ASIA 2025

Brückner Textile Technologies is set to showcase its German engineering excellence and advanced, energy-efficient textile finishing concepts at ITMA ASIA + CITME 2025 in Singapore. The family-run company, which has been a pioneer in customized textile machinery for over 75 years, will present a range of solutions focused on energy efficiency, automation and productivity.

A key highlight will be the new POWER-FRAME SFP-2 stenter frame generation, designed especially for finishing fabrics with high cotton content. Suitable for both drying and heat-setting, the system features horizontally arranged lint screens for easy cleaning, an intelligent split-flow air circulation system, a vertical circulating transport chain and energy-efficient motors and burners. Offering a cost-effective alternative to the high-tech POWER-FRAME SFP-4, the SFP-2 will deliver high operational efficiency, lower investment costs and quick delivery times.

Brückner will also present the POWER-FRAME SFP-4 stenter, which continues to set benchmarks in energy performance and ease of maintenance. The latest version will feature electric and hydrogen heating options, AI-driven recipe optimization and advanced heat-recovery and exhaust purification systems. A newly developed fully automatic cleaning system will minimize downtime and labor costs, with customizable programs that allow cleaning without interrupting production.

In addition, Brückner will unveil ExperTex, an AI-based simulation tool that digitally replicates drying and heat-setting processes to evaluate key performance indicators such as energy consumption, CO₂ footprint, and production costs. This innovation will support pre-optimized, “right-first-time” production. The system will be integrated within the myBrückner customer portal, providing users with access to digital services, machine data, and support tools.

Another innovation on display will be the POWER-DRY PD-1, a newly developed relax and shrink dryer for knitted fabrics. Designed for both open-width and tubular materials, it will offer maximum evaporation capacity in minimal space, along with energy-saving suction zones, easy maintenance access, and hybrid or CO₂-free heating options. The PD-1 will be ideal for high-quality fabrics such as polos, interlocks, jerseys and sweatshirt linings, ensuring a soft, voluminous hand feel.

Completing Brückner’s lineup will be the OPTI-COAT 2in1 coating unit, which combines floating knife and knife-over-cylinder technologies to ensure maximum coating flexibility. With its high-precision coating cylinder and user-friendly design, it will deliver superior paste and foam coating results while ensuring easy cleaning and maintenance.
