The Uster 360Q platform now integrates advanced cloud architecture, AI tools, and the new Fiber2Yarn solution, which correlates data from Uster HVI and Quantum yarn clearers to help spinners optimize raw material mixings and ensure consistent yarn quality. Enhanced features include Uster Intelligence, an expanded Uster Academy with chatbot and wiki access, and a new Uster Statistics web app.

Uster also unveils the Fabriq Vision 2, the next-generation automated fabric inspection system. Powered by the Smart Vision Camera 3, it delivers superior defect detection, simplified operation, and higher process reliability, supporting mills in achieving consistent fabric yield and fewer claims.
For fiber testing, Uster introduces the AFIS 6, its latest generation capable of analyzing both cotton and man-made fibers. Fully compatible with Uster Quality Expert, it enables seamless process control and improved spinning efficiency.
