Recover Unveils New Fabric Line Made From Recycled Cotton

Recover, a leading materials science company and one of the world’s largest producers of recycled cotton fibre, has announced the launch of Recover Fabrics, a new line of premium, low-impact textiles designed to make sustainable fabric adoption easier for brands of all sizes from global retailers to emerging labels.
Developed to streamline the shift toward more sustainable products, Recover Fabrics provides high-quality materials that combine premium feel and durability with a significantly lower environmental footprint. The new platform aims to remove the common barriers brands face in sourcing credible and scalable circular materials. “Recover Fabrics is not just another product launch; it’s about helping brands make sustainability the easy choice without compromising on quality,” said Anders Sjöblom, CEO of Recover. He noted that the company recently developed a high-end tailored suit using the new fabrics that achieved dramatically reduced carbon and water impacts while meeting long-lasting performance expectations.
The product line includes more than 50 fabrics across four curated collections, marking a new standard in recycled cotton-to-cotton quality. Each fabric blends Recover’s proprietary recycled cotton fibres with advanced textile innovation from leading partner mills, offering performance and aesthetics previously difficult to achieve with recycled cotton. The range supports everything from fast capsule drops to long-term basics, with options spanning soft jerseys, premium fleece, refined wovens and tailored outerwear giving designers an immediately usable library of circular materials.
The Elite Collection, developed with TMG in Portugal, features premium wovens for overshirts, jackets and outerwear. The Premier Collection, created with Textil Santanderina in Spain, offers sophisticated woven fabrics for chinos, jackets and overshirts. The Core Collection delivers everyday essentials including jersey, fleece and sweats using Recover RCotton recycled fibres. The Essential Denim Collection brings circularity to denim classics, offering authentic aesthetics with reduced environmental impact.
To further expand access to recycled materials, the company has also introduced Recover Blanks, a ready-to-wear line of unbranded basics such as T-shirts, hoodies, sweaters and joggers, aimed at customers seeking pre-designed sustainable essentials.
By moving beyond raw fibre into finished fabrics, Recover advances its mission to accelerate circularity across the fashion industry. The new platform provides a traceable, scalable solution that unites fibre innovation with textile craftsmanship, addressing persistent challenges such as supply chain complexity, certification inconsistencies and variability in recycled materials.
Recover Fabrics are now available and brands interested in integrating the new sustainable textiles into their collections can contact the company through its website.
