Raymond Lifestyle Appoints Prasad EC As Chief Financial Officer

Raymond Lifestyle Limited has appointed Prasad EC as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the company announced on Tuesday. In his new role, Prasad will oversee the finance function, drive financial governance, and contribute to strategic decision-making to support the company’s long-term growth plans.

Prasad brings more than 24 years of experience across consumer durables, FMCG and international business environments, with expertise in financial management, operational optimisation and business transformation.

Before joining Raymond Lifestyle, Prasad served as CFO of Bajaj Electricals Ltd, where he played a key role in strengthening financial systems, elevating strategic financial planning and supporting organisational transformation initiatives. He previously held leadership roles at Voltas Limited, a Tata Group company, including All India Commercial Manager and Finance Head – International Operations. His earlier tenure at Emami Ltd., further enhanced his exposure to commercial and financial operations.

Prasad is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Kolkata and a Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India (ICWA), Kolkata. He also holds an Executive MBA in Finance from Harvard University.
