Arvind Expands UK Presence Through Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Acquisition
Arvind Ltd. has strengthened its international footprint with the acquisition of 100% equity in Arvind Atelier UK through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Arvind Atelier FZC.
The UK-based company has been acquired for a consideration of £1,000, following which Arvind Atelier UK will become a step-down subsidiary of Arvind Ltd.
According to the company, the acquisition is aimed at supporting its international business strategy, strengthening its presence in the UK market and enabling closer oversight of its UK operations.
Arvind is a leading manufacturer of high-end superfine fabrics and operates across diverse business segments, including denim, woven and knitted fabrics, garment exports and advanced materials. Its advanced materials business caters to high-growth sectors such as personal protection, industrial filtration, wind energy, defence, automotive components, transportation and housing and infrastructure.
