Sutlej Appoints Narinder Thapa As CBO – Protech Business
Sutlej Textiles and Industries Limited has appointed Narinder Thapa as Chief Business Officer – Protech Business, effective February 25, 2026.
Thapa joins Sutlej with over 30 years of industry experience spanning protective garments, technical textiles and speciality fibres. His expertise includes marketing strategy, operations management, profit and loss oversight, product lifecycle management and long-term strategic planning.
He brings strong functional exposure across technical clothing, speciality fibres and yarns, product innovation, market development, supply chain optimisation and operational excellence. He also has deep knowledge of compliance standards for protective clothing a key area within the growing Protech and technical textiles segment.
The appointment signals Sutlej’s intent to strengthen leadership focus on its Protech portfolio, positioning the business for expansion in value-added and performance-driven textile applications.
