Deepak Dsouza Elevated To South East Asia Production Director At Decathlon
Deepak Dsouza has been elevated to South East Asia Production Director at Decathlon, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, effective August 2026.
In his new role, Dsouza will oversee production operations across the South East Asian region, building on his extensive experience in production, country management and international operations within the retail and apparel industry.
Prior to this appointment, he served as South West Asia Production Director at Decathlon and Decathlon International. He has also held the position of Country Manager – Decathlon, with responsibilities across Sri Lanka, Vietnam and Bangladesh, and previously served as Country Director at Decathlon Bangladesh.
Dsouza began his career as an Industrial Engineer at Madura Garments, gaining early experience in apparel manufacturing and production. Over the years, he has built a career spanning production management, international market operations and country leadership.
His elevation to South East Asia Production Director marks another significant step in his long-standing association with Decathlon and reflects his broad experience in managing production and business operations across key Asian markets.
