With over 25 years of global leadership experience across polymers, chemicals, and advanced materials, Iyer brings a strong track record in scaling businesses, driving transformation and delivering sustainable growth. His appointment comes at a pivotal time as the recycling industry increasingly shifts towards compliance-driven, high-quality and traceable solutions.
