Nitin Spinners Posts 6.7% Revenue Growth In FY26 With Improved EBITDA Margin

Nitin Spinners Ltd reported a 6.7 per cent year-on-year increase in revenue for FY26, driven by improved operational efficiency, stronger product mix and stable demand across yarn and fabric segments.

The company’s total revenue rose to Rs 3,008 crore in FY26 compared to Rs 2,818 crore in FY25. EBITDA increased 16.9 per cent to Rs 413 crore, while EBITDA margin improved to 13.7 per cent from 12.5 per cent in the previous fiscal.

Profit after tax for FY26 stood at Rs 203 crore, registering a growth of 23.5 per cent over Rs 164 crore reported in FY25.

For the fourth quarter ended March 2026, revenue grew 2.3 per cent year-on-year to Rs 859.8 crore. EBITDA for the quarter rose 29.6 per cent to Rs 117.4 crore, while EBITDA margin expanded to 13.7 per cent from 10.8 per cent in the corresponding quarter last year.

Commenting on the performance, Dinesh Nolkha, Chairman and Managing Director said the company’s improved profitability was driven by operational efficiencies, a better product mix and sustained focus on value-added products. He added that Nitin Spinners remains committed to modernization, sustainability and strengthening its presence in both domestic and international markets.

The company said it remains optimistic about long-term growth prospects, backed by improving global demand and emerging opportunities in the textile sector.
