Vedant Fashions Expands Global Retail Footprint, Reports Steady FY26 Growth

Vedant Fashions Ltd, the parent company of ethnic wear brands Manyavar and Mohey, reported steady growth in FY26, supported by expansion across domestic and international markets and improved retail performance.
During FY26, the company strengthened its pan-India and global presence, taking its Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO) area to 1.79 million sq ft across stores in five countries. The company operated 669 EBOs, including 17 international outlets, spread across 252 cities and towns globally, including 12 international cities.
In Q4 FY26, Vedant Fashions added around 1.5 lakh sq ft of retail space through five new EBOs. For the full fiscal year, the company expanded its network by 4.2 lakh sq ft.
The company reported growth in revenue from operations during both Q4 and FY26, while maintaining healthy profitability. Retail-led demand, wedding wear collections and stronger brand visibility supported performance during the year.
Vedant Fashions also continued to focus on enhancing customer experience through premium store formats and deeper penetration in key domestic and overseas markets.
