Arpit Gandhi Promoted To Vice President – Retail At Reebok
Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited has promoted Arpit Gandhi to Vice President – Retail for Reebok, recognising his leadership in driving the brand’s retail transformation and growth in India.
In his new role, Gandhi will lead Reebok’s retail strategy, with a focus on network expansion, commercial performance, consumer engagement and operational excellence. His mandate will include strengthening the brand’s retail presence and driving its next phase of growth in the Indian market.
Gandhi was previously Assistant Vice President – Reebok at Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited, where he played a key role in rebuilding and expanding the brand’s retail footprint. His responsibilities spanned strategic retail expansion, merchandising, planning, visual merchandising, CRM and end-to-end retail operations.
Earlier, he served as Director – Retail Operations for Reebok at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd., contributing to the brand’s retail transformation and operational growth.
With more than 16 years of experience across sportswear and lifestyle retail, Gandhi has held leadership roles spanning merchandising, category management, retail operations and commercial strategy.
Before joining the Aditya Birla group, he spent nearly a decade with PUMA Group in various merchandising and buying leadership positions. His roles included Buying and Merchandising Head, Buying and Merchandising Head – Footwear, Buying and Merchandising Head – Apparel & Accessories, and Senior Merchandising Manager. During his tenure, he worked across footwear, apparel and accessories, contributing to business growth and category development.
Earlier in his career, Gandhi also held merchandising and buying roles with adidas and PUMA.
Gandhi’s promotion comes as Reebok continues to strengthen its retail presence in India. His experience across merchandising, retail operations and commercial strategy is expected to support the brand’s expansion, enhance consumer engagement and drive retail performance under Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited.
