M&S Opens New 14,600 Sq Ft Food Store In Sydenham

Marks & Spencer (M&S) has opened a new 14,600 sq ft food store at Bell Green Retail Park in Sydenham, London, expanding its food retail presence in the city.

Designed in a fresh market-style format, the store offers a range of family essentials, fresh produce and household products. It includes an in-store bakery and coffee counter serving Barista-made hot drinks, bread and pastries.

Customers can also shop M&S’ Remarksable Value and Bigger Pack Better Value ranges, alongside its Only…Ingredients, Nutrient Dense, Eat Well and Organic products. The store features dedicated flower and wine shops offering M&S flower market products and wines.

The opening has created more than 50 local jobs and marks the third of four new M&S stores planned across London during the current financial year. The company recently opened stores in Tooting and Tottenham Court Road.

Richard Connelly, Store Manager at M&S Sydenham, said the store had received a strong response from customers and highlighted its offering of quality products and value for the local community.
