Trützschler To Showcase Automation And Fibre Processing Advances At ITMA Asia 2026

Trützschler Group will showcase its latest technologies for spinning preparation, card clothing and nonwoven production at ITMA Asia 2026, scheduled for November 20–24 in Shanghai, China. Exhibiting at Hall 5.1, Booth D20, the group will focus on solutions that improve productivity, reduce labour dependency and optimise raw material utilisation.
A key highlight from Trützschler Spinning will be T-CAN, its automated can transport system for sliver handling throughout spinning preparation. Connecting cards and drawing passages, the system ensures reliable material allocation while reducing manual handling. It is designed to support continuous production, minimise downtime and lower labour requirements.
The company will also present its next-generation TC 30 card. According to Trützschler, customers achieve up to 40% higher productivity in man-made fibre applications while maintaining or improving yarn quality. The machine’s waste suction system enables separate collection of different waste types, allowing more than 50% of card waste to be reused in high-quality applications. Together with the Wastecontrol system, it helps reduce unnecessary fibre loss and improve raw material utilisation.
Trützschler Card Clothing will highlight Steeltop, its all-steel flat top, which the company says offers more than twice the service life of conventional solutions while maintaining sliver and yarn quality. For nonwoven applications, Superflow is designed to reduce fibre build-up and support stable operation at high productivity.

The new ATB Oven enables efficient production of hygiene, medical, and filtration media through advanced air-through bonding technology.
Other exhibits will include FBC (Flexible Bend Control), an automated carding gap adjustment system, and the GX SeedClean cylinder wire series, developed to enhance cleaning performance and improve yarn quality.
Trützschler Nonwovens will present technologies for hygiene, wipes and filtration applications, including its new ATB (Air-Through-Bonding) Oven. Designed for products ranging from hygiene topsheets, backsheets and acquisition and distribution layers to medical products and filtration media, the oven provides gentle, uniform heat distribution and homogeneous airflow across the web. These features support efficient processing at high production speeds.
The nonwovens portfolio will also include WLS (Wet-Laid/Spunlace) technology for flushable products and Carded/Pulp (CP) technology for premium wipes. Further configurations—CPC (Carded/Pulp/Carded), CAC (Carded/Airlaid/Carded) and SPC (Spunbond/Pulp/Carded)—provide flexibility to develop wipes and hygiene products with structures tailored to specific applications and market requirements.
Experts from the group’s spinning, card clothing and nonwovens businesses will be available at the exhibition to discuss these technologies and their production applications.
