The company said its ethnic wear and digital-first portfolios were key growth drivers. Ethnic businesses grew 25% YoY, led by a 79% surge in designer brands including Sabyasachi, Tarun Tahiliani and TASVA, all posting ~40% like-to-like growth. TMRW, ABFRL’s portfolio of digital-first brands, grew 38% YoY, supported by expanded product offerings and offline expansion to 25 stores.
Pantaloons recorded quarterly sales of Rs 1,094 crore with 3% normalized like-to-like growth and margins at 17.1%. Style Up delivered 36% growth with three new stores, while TASVA sales jumped 72% on the back of a strong wedding season. Jaypore expanded its network to 36 stores. Luxury retail (The Collective and mono brands) maintained double-digit profitability and added three stores, bringing the total to 44.
ABFRL also announced that TMRW received its first investment of about Rs 437 crore in the current funding round from ServiceNow Ventures. ServiceNow’s Agentic AI and automation capabilities will power TMRW’s tech platform.
The company added over 30 new stores during the quarter, expanding its retail footprint to 7.4 million sq. ft. ABFRL said momentum was supported by a vibrant wedding season and robust brand performances. “Our long-term focus remains on sustainable, profitable growth through market-leading brands, innovation, and digitally enabled business models,” the company stated.
