ACG Kinna Acquires Styrteknik, Expands Automation Offer
ACG Kinna Automatic AB has acquired 100% of Styrteknik Europe AB, a Sweden-based company specializing in industrial sewing machines and automatic systems for sewing circles and cross seams in cushions, mattresses, pads and other filled products. Founded in 1974, Styrteknik has become a market leader in its segment.
The consolidation, effective as of June 2024, has made Styrteknik Europe AB a dedicated department within ACG Kinna Automatic AB from September 2, 2024.
