Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Announces Change In Senior Management
Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd (ABFRL) has announced a change in its senior management team. Anant Kumar Daga, CEO of the TCNS Division, has resigned from the company effective April 30, 2026, citing personal reasons.
Following his departure, Sooraj Bhat, currently CEO – Ethnic Business, will take on additional responsibility for the TCNS Division and will be re-designated as CEO – Ethnic Business and TCNS, effective May 1, 2026.
Bhat has been with ABFRL since 2002 and has previously served as Deputy CEO of Pantaloons, CEO of the Fast Fashion Division, and overseen the International Brands Division. An alumnus of IIM Bangalore (PGDM – Marketing & Strategy) and a Mechanical Engineer from NIT Calicut, he was honoured with the Exceptional Contributor for Business Success award in 2014 by the Chairman of the Aditya Birla Group.
