Amisha Jain Appointed As Managing Director & CEO Of Arvind Fashions
Arvind Fashions has announced the appointment of Amisha Jain as its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for a term of five consecutive years, effective August 13, 2025.
Jain brings over 25 years of leadership experience across technology, consumer and retail sectors. An alumna of INSEAD and McKinsey, she has a proven track record of driving transformation and growth for global and domestic brands.
Prior to joining Arvind Fashions, she served as Managing Director & SVP for South Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe at Levi Strauss & Co., where she led the company through strong double-digit growth and helped Levi’s India attain no. 1 brand equity in denim and apparel.
She previously spearheaded the turnaround of Zivame as CEO, building it into an innovation-driven, consumer-centric brand and the fastest-growing player in women’s intimate wear, loungewear and athleisure. Her earlier roles include leadership positions at Arvind Group, Nike India, McKinsey & Company, and Motorola Inc.
Jain has received several industry honours, including the ET People-Focused CEO of the Year 2024 at The Economic Times Human Capital Awards. She was also named among ‘India’s Hottest Business Leaders under 40’ in 2015 and featured in India Inc’s Rising Women Business Leaders by The Economic Times and Spencer Stuart.
Her return to Arvind Group, this time at the helm of Arvind Fashions, marks a significant leadership addition to the company’s next phase of growth.
