Arvind Fashions To Acquire Flipkart’s Stake In Arvind Youth Brands

Arvind Fashions Ltd (AFL), one of India’s leading casual wear and denim companies, has announced its decision to acquire Flipkart Group’s stake in Arvind Youth Brands Pvt. Ltd. (AYBPL) for Rs 135 crore, making AYBPL a wholly-owned subsidiary.

Over the past five years, Flying Machine has established itself as a popular brand on digital platforms. The partnership with Flipkart played a key role in positioning Flying Machine among the top casual wear brands online, catering to India’s fashion-conscious youth.
