AUTEFA Solutions Showcases Production Technology At ITMA Asia 2025
AUTEFA Solutions is showcasing its full-line production technology at ITMA Asia + CITME 2025 Representing its three Business Units, Nonwovens, Baling Technology, and Woollen Carding — the company is featuring state-of-the-art machinery, including the trade-fair premiere of the Stylus ONE needle loom.
The Stylus ONE, based on proven Fehrer technology, delivers up to 1,500 strokes per minute for applications up to 1,800 g/m², combining productivity with reliability across four working widths up to 6.7 m.
AUTEFA has already secured a major order from China’s Zhejiang Heading Filter, including fiber preparation lines, cards, crosslappers, seven Stylus ONE looms, and end-of-line equipment.
The company also highlights fully automated baling systems and advanced woollen carding under the OCTIR brand, offering recipe-based control, energy-efficient drives, and reduced material loss.
