Benninger To Exhibit At ITMA With ‘Decarbonising Textile’ Theme

Benninger, which specialises in continuous wet processing and dyeing textile machinery will be presenting at ITMA 2023 in Hall 18, Stall A201 under the theme of ‘Decarbonising Textile’. Additionally the focus is also on ‘Road to Net Zero’ at ITMA.

Among the various technologies on show, Benninger will show the new jet dyeing machine Fabricmaster, with unmatched water consumption figures.

According to Benninger, Fabricmaster is the most sustainable way of discontinuous dyeing and is a fast, cost effective and on the road to zero footprints.

The company will also display the chemical dispensing system, CDS, which serves all kinds of discontinuous and continuous machines in an accurate, unbeatable, and fast way.

It will also exhibit the new Benninger-Küsters CPB dyeing station for knitwear, the only salt-free cold dyeing process and at its heart is the Benninger Küsters DYPAD.

A new singeing machine – SingeRay, which ensures perfect singeing effects, cost efficiency and uniform quality, will also be shown. The singeing machine is equipped with two burners and a double nozzle strip.

“The silicium carbide burning chambers ensure complete combustion, and a constant burner temperature thanks to four cooling channels. Low gas consumption and a perfect flame will increase the scope of your fibres and blends,” the company said.
