Borana Weaves IPO Opens Today At Rs 205–216 Price Band

Surat based textile manufacturer Borana Weaves is set to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 67,08,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, through a 100% book building process. The price band for the issue has been fixed at Rs 205 to Rs 216 per share, translating to 20.50x to 21.60x its face value.
The IPO opens today for subscription and close on May 22, 2025. The equity shares will be listed on both the BSE and NSE.
As per the allocation structure, not more than 75% of the issue will be reserved for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), including 5% for mutual funds. At least 15% will be allocated to non-institutional investors, while 10% will be set aside for retail investors.
Borana Weaves, headquartered in Surat, is engaged in the manufacturing of unbleached synthetic grey fabric, serving the textile industry with a focus on quality and production efficiency.
