Bulut Tekstil Adopts Saurer’s Autocoro 11 For Sustainable Spinning

In a dynamic move towards sustainable manufacturing, Bulut Tekstil, a pioneer in the textile industry since 1997, has set its sights on the latest innovations in spinning technology. A recent visit by Murat Günesli, the General Manager of Bulut Tekstil, and his wife to Saurer’s modern facility in Übach-Palenberg, unveiled an innovative advancement in spinning machinery – the Saurer Autocoro 11.

Saurer’s Autocoro 11 stands out as a testimony to engineering excellence, boasting the industry’s longest rotor spinning machine with 816 spinning positions. Günesli, renowned for his forward-thinking approach, was particularly captivated by the Saurer’s Autocoro 11’s remarkable performance with 100% PES fibres and its impressive 10% reduction in energy consumption compared to its predecessor, the Autocoro 10. This aligns seamlessly with Bulut Tekstil’s unwavering commitment to sustainable production practices.

Situated in Gaziantep, Turkey, Bulut Tekstil operates a sprawling modern production facility spanning 100,000 square metres, where innovation and sustainability intersect. The company’s dedication to environmental stewardship goes beyond mere rhetoric, as evidenced by its prestigious certifications, including GRS, GOTS, OCS, and OEKO-TEX.

In its relentless pursuit of excellence, Bulut Tekstil has already integrated various Saurer machines into its operations, including the Zinser 351 ring spinning machines, Zinser 351 2 Impact FX compact spinning machines and Autocoro 8 rotor spinning machines. With the addition of the Autocoro 11, Bulut Tekstil reinforces its position as an industry leader, setting new benchmarks for sustainable textile manufacturing.
