In a significant milestone for CCPL India, the first installation of Canlar Mekatronik Tech’s Smart Series has been completed in Tirupur, South India. The high-performance HT fabric dyeing machine is designed to minimize process costs while prioritizing environmental consciousness and maintaining top-tier quality.
The innovative dyeing machine is capable of processing a wide range of heavy and light knitted and woven fabrics in both tubular and open-width forms. Notably, it achieves a remarkable 15% time savings in the heating and cooling process, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
The machine’s specialized vertical-horizontal circulation system ensures optimal mixing of dyes and chemicals, maximizing bath turnover with simultaneous nozzle pressure.
