CHT Unveils Most Modern Reactive Dye Range Bezaktiv One
CHT Germany has unveiled the most modern reactive dye range Bezaktiv One, which covers a broad colour spectrum with tinctorial very strong dyes and which enables a cost-efficient dye process with significantly less dye and salt.
“The excellent wash-off behaviour allows short rinse cycles at lower temperatures and therefore offers further ecological and economic advantages and the dyes are particularly suitable for durable textiles due to their good multiple wash fastness,” CHT said.
According to the company, the Bezaktiv One range meets the highest demands in terms of ecology and sustainability and covers market and customer requirements that are placed on innovative dyes precisely and to the point.
The new dye has a economical and shortened dyeing, rinsing and soaping process at temperatures between 40 and 60 °C. It also has a good multiple wash fastnesses according to ISO 105-C09.
The dye range is free of p-chloroaniline or is below the detection limit of 5 ppm and has a high fixation speed, very good washout or rinsing properties, offer good colour build-up, has excellent solubility and is suitable for all dyeing processes, while providing a shortened dye process
