Continuous Improvement Has Always Been At The Heart Of InspirOn: Radhika Bhagwati

When you meet customers directly, they tend to open up and share ideas that can genuinely help us improve our products, states Radhika Bhagwati.
With a legacy spanning over 50 years, InspirOn Engineering Pvt. Ltd continues to stand tall as a trusted name in textile finishing solutions. But 2025 marks a new chapter for the company, the entry of Radhika Bhagwati as Director has infused fresh energy and vision into the organization.
“It’s been almost a year since I took charge of the stenter division in January,” she begins with a smile. “When I started, my first step was to visit clients along with our marketing team, to understand the culture, the pulse of the market, and our customers’ expectations.”
What she discovered was not just a welcoming industry, but one that appreciated her hands-on approach. “Clients were happy to see a new face from the family visiting them personally. They felt connected and it also gave me valuable insights. When you meet customers directly, they tend to open up and share ideas that can genuinely help us improve our products.”
Those early visits have already started bearing fruit. “We’ve implemented several product improvements this year itself,” she notes. “Continuous improvement has always been at the heart of InspirOn and we’re pushing that even further now.”
At ITMA Asia + CITME 2025, InspirOn showcased one of its hallmark innovations, the Flyer, a product that has stood the test of time for five decades. “This year marks the 50th anniversary of our Flyer,” Radhika shares proudly. “It’s a proven product that we continuously refine to meet evolving industry needs. We supply to nearly all major OEMs and directly to mills across the globe.”
The objective behind participating in the show, she explains, goes beyond product display. “ITMA Asia gave us the opportunity to reconnect — not only with our customers but also with our OEMs from across Asian markets. We’ve had visitors from China, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Pakistan, Europe, and of course, India. The response has been very positive.”
When asked about the visitors at the InspirOn booth, Radhika smiles again. “We’ve been delighted to host teams from leading corporate groups such as Trident, Vardhman, Nitin Spinners, Sutlej, RSWM, many more. It’s a great feeling when long-standing customers show such continued trust.”
As one of the few women at the leadership level in India’s textile machinery sector, Radhika represents both continuity and change. Her approach combines customer empathy, operational insight and a drive for innovation setting the tone for InspirOn’s next growth phase.
