Dhananjay Bauchkar Elevated To VP – Business Development At Indokem
Dhananjay Bauchkar has been elevated to Vice President – Business Development at Indokem Limited, where he will focus on strengthening the company’s domestic and international business and driving new growth opportunities.
Bauchkar brings more than 17 years of experience across textile dyes, auxiliaries, sales, marketing, technical services and business development. He has been associated with Indokem since 2023, most recently serving as General Manager – Sales, Marketing & Business Development.
In his new role, he will oversee business development for exports and the domestic market, with a focus on market expansion, channel development, key accounts and strategic partnerships. His responsibilities will also include strengthening dealer and distributor networks, pricing strategies and customer engagement across key markets.
Before joining Indokem, Bauchkar worked with Rossari Biotech as Manager – Technical and Business Development for nearly six years. He previously served as Technical Specialist at Huntsman for over five years and began his career with Alok Industries as Assistant Dyeing Manager.
With a technical background in textile processing and experience spanning manufacturing, technical services and commercial functions, Bauchkar is expected to play a key role in expanding Indokem’s presence in domestic and international textile chemical markets.
